Victor's workshop is designed by craftsman who know what precision machining
is all about. The majority of engine shops in the country are mere disassembly
and re-assembly centers that don't have machine shop services available.
At Victor Aviation, we don't just rebuild the engine, we re-engineer it
to operate the way the manufacturer intended.
Many shops and manufacturers subcontract their work to other parties
with unknown quality control standards. At Victor Aviation, machine work
is performed inhouse under the rigid quality control of our company inspector.
This enables our firm to immediately initiate and correct required machine
shop functions without delay. There is no assumption for outside quality
control. After new parts are received at Victor Aviation, they are initially
inspected for FAA parts conformance and manufacturer's standards and then
are reprocessed as required in our work shop to meet the high standards
for "Power By Victor"™ engines. The finished
product complies with quality control standards that is unmatched in the
industry, a perfect example of old world craftsmanship with state-of-the
art technology.
